You do it, I do it – we all are doing smartphone videos these days. We capture things because we can, because it’s so easy.
But do we always think about how much it may cost us to upload that video if we’re away from a wifi network? That may be hazardous to your budget, as this article points out. A fact included: A Wall Street Journal study found that “watching just five minutes of Periscope broadcasts on a smartphone was equivalent to nearly two hours of Web surfing or sending and receiving 300 emails.”
